Thank you for shopping with Owls In October! Below is our shipping policy to help you understand processing times, shipping options, and what to expect after placing an order.

1. Order Processing Time:

• All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times:

We offer the following shipping methods:

• Ground Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-6 business days after fulfillment.

• Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days after fulfillment.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Delays:

• Inclement weather, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances may affect shipping times.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or weather-related disruptions.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages:

• Once an order has been shipped, it is out of our control. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

• If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

• If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, check with your local carrier or neighbors before reaching out to the carrier.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address:

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

• We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

• If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at savannah@owsinoctober.com. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make changes.

6. International Shipping:

• We currently do not offer international shipping.

Returns/Refunds
1. No Refunds on Personalized Items:

Due to the custom nature of personalized products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on these items. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

 

2. Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit if:

• The item arrives damaged or defective (must provide photos).

• We sent the wrong personalization or product due to our error.

 

3. Eligibility for Replacements:

To request a replacement for a defective or incorrect item, please email us at savannah@owlchemyandglitz.com with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the issue

• A brief description of the problem

Once we review your request, we will provide further instructions.

 

4. Non-Returnable Items:

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Items damaged due to customer mishandling

• Any request made after 7 days of delivery
